1. Q: How long have you been in business?
   A: Approximately 1 and ½ years. We launched on January 8, 2009.
2. Q: How many Concierges do you have?
   A: We have a team of 12 people in the Houston area.
3. Q: How many placements do you actually make?
   A: About 40% of the leads are eventually placed.
4. Q: How many leads do you get?
   A: We get 3-5 leads a day.
5. Q: How do you qualify leads?
   A: There are 2 phases to qualify leads. The 1st is done by the computer. It uses location of prospective client, type of facility, and type of pay source. The 2nd phase is completed by the Concierge with the lead. The 2nd phase is based on the preferences of the lead.
6. Q: Do you have a time contract?
   A: No. We have a service agreement. You can end the agreement at any time. You always retain the right to accept or deny any placement that comes from our referral service.
7. Q: How many providers do you have in the area?
   A: We have approximately 500 Basic, and 50 Premium in the Houston area.
8. Q: How many times do you give the leads out?
   A: Phase 1 gives out 5-10 leads. Phase 2 gives out 2-3.
9. Q: What does you Concierge do?
   A: They complete a questionnaire individually with each willing lead to complete Phase 2 qualification. They work with the Providers to complete placement. They build business relationships with each Premium Provider in their area. They find new Providers for their assigned area.
10. Q: Where do you get your leads?
    A: Our leads are generated from our web site. We have an educational questionnaire that actually helps families decide what type of senior living placement they require and need. We also get leads from direct phone calls to the Concierge.
11. Q: What providers do you sign up?
    A: We work with 10 Provider types: Over 55 Apartments, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Group Homes, Alzheimer's Facilities, Adult Day Care, Nursing Homes, Home Health, Personal Assistance Services, and Hospice.

    A: At the present time we have about 40% success rate.
